First Service Realty Appoints Area Manager for Pinecrest Office Tuesday, January 10, 2006

Miami, Fla. - July 13, 2005 - First Service Realty, Inc. (FSR), a Florida-based, privately owned and operated residential/commercial real estate company, has appointed Lesley S. Ulloa as Branch Manager of the firm's latest expansion. Ulloa will oversee approximately 65 agents covering the areas of East Kendall, South Miami and Pinecrest. Previously, she was with Fortune House Int'l Realty, Inc, which specialized in the luxury, residential real estate market. Ulloa will also utilize her career experience in the marketing and public relations fields to successfully launch the opening of the new office. Ulloa graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Florida International University.
