The existing facility is undergoing extensive remodeling and will be equipped with all new high-tech equipment, the company said. FSR’s sales associates will be able to search the Multiple Listing Service, download up-to-the-minute housing data and communicate with their clients online - all from the convenience of their own desk. It will accommodate 65 sales associates and support staff that can provide unmatched real estate services to Pinecrest’s 19,844 residents. “The Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay area continues to experience growth and is now in a ripe season for the re-selling of property.
