First Service Realty Appoints Director
of Business Development
New Position Charged to Increase Market

Miami, Fla. – June 15,
2005 – First Service Realty,
Inc. (FSR), a Florida-based, privately owned and operated residential/commercial
real estate company, has appointed Alex Garabedian to Director of Business
Development. He brings more than 30 years of product development experience
and corporate expansion to FSR.
Garabedian is charged with
increasing revenue generation through development and ongoing management
of business relationships and will help guide the firm's expanding program
of new acquisitions as it adds to its impressive portfolio of property
investments and increased market share. Additionally, he is responsible
for identifying potential business opportunities and partners, creating
joint venture relationships with financial associates, negotiation of licenses
and agreements and strengthening the company’s strongholds.

wealth of development experience to First Service Realty,” said Eduardo
San Roman, president and CEO. “Because of our current state of expansion,
we need someone like Alex to guide our growth.”
Previously Garabedian was
President and CEO of Fine Distributing, a subsidiary of Hagemeyer, a multi-national
trading company with over $9 billion dollars in revenue. During his tenure,
the company developed and constructed two 200,000 square foot distribution
centers, helping to achieve sales of more than $250 million dollars. Through
a series of acquisitions, he expanded the company’s distribution network
from South Florida to the entire Southeast region of the U.S. In 1997,
he founded and lead East Coast Beverage where he successfully created a
thorough broker and distribution network placing products in 48 states
and more than 250 major retailers.
In addition to his leadership roles, Garabedian served on
numerous multi-national advisory boards for Quaker Oats, Nestle, Hormel,
H.J Heinz and Cadbury Schweppes.
