Premier Service® Training – 1 day (class & WebEx)
Premier Service® is the foundation for everything we do. As a Sales Associate working with GMAC Real Estate, we want you to be successful. In order to succeed, there are many things you need to know about how to deliver Premier Service, the GMAC Home Services brand strategy. This class will provide you with the skills you need to succeed as a Premier Service Sales Associate and to understand the certification process.
Sales Associate Orientation – 90min.(class & WebEx)
The Sales Associate Orientation program offers new Sales Associated an in-depth look at the many products and services offered by FSR-GMAC Real Estate. The instructor will lead participants through the many tools and resources available to Sales Associates to offer true Premier Service to their clients. You will have an opportunity to share ideas and ask questions as you review these valuable tools and services. You will also receive a valuable packet of collateral information which includes samples of many of the products reviewed.
An Introduction to HomeRewards® -1HR (WebEx)
Learn how to deliver on the Premier Service® commitment -- provide access to special programs that deliver value and relieve stress to your home buyers and sellers – with HomeRewards®. Once trained, Sales Associates employed by Strategic-Partners who are fully enrolled in Premier Service can use HomeRewards offers to attract and satisfy customers, strengthen their relationship with their local business community and help differentiate themselves in the market. Topics covered during the HomeRewards course include HomeRewards flyers, program administration on My Dot, best practices for Sales Associates, managing local business relationships, and prospecting and serving HomeRewards customers on your Web site.
The Language of Premier Service® - (4) hours
Packaging and presenting Premier Service® to your buyers and sellers can be the key to putting distance between yourself and the competition. Having the tools is great, but having the system is even better. But, how do you make it functional, compelling, and stress-reducing? That’s what “The Language of Premier Service” is all about! This workshop provides the key words, the well-crafted phrases and the hard-hitting dialogue that really make buyers and sellers take notice. Included is a situation-by-situation analysis of how to introduce, explain, and present the consumer benefits of Premier Service to For Sale by Owners, reluctant sellers, online shoppers, the buyer with a house to sell, and many others.
The Advantage Program: New Associates- 40 hrs
Designed for self-paced classroom or web-based delivery, this comprehensive program in a multi-module format prepares new Sales Associates for success at FSR-GMAC Real Estate. This resource for delivery by Strategic-Partners, managers or training professionals includes an instructor’s guide with facilitation tips, participant manuals and a CD-ROM with PowerPoint visuals for use in presenting the course. An optional CD-ROM allows individual Sales Associates to complete the training without an instructor, as a self-paced program. The modular format adds flexibility to the Advantage Training program, making class topics a great refresher for sales meetings and refresher training
Planning to Succeed: Effective Business Planning for Sales Associates - (3) hours
There are two major reasons for the lack of success for most Sales Associate’s; a lack of planning and an inability to successfully implement their plan. Successful real estate Sales Associates have achieved their status and continue to excel because of systematic planning and evaluation of their business plans. So why don’t more Sales Associates have written business plans? The answer is simple- plans are time consuming and difficult to write. This class provides you with an easy and simple method to produce a realistic, manageable and workable business plan.

The Pricing is Right: Making a compelling pricing presentation - (3) hours
The appropriate “Pricing Strategy” of any property is one of the most difficult elements of the listing process. Your ability to secure the listing is often determined by how well you communicate the “Pricing Strategy” to the potential seller. Developing a “Pricing Strategy” presentation and using a variety of GMAC Real Estate products and services will assist you in helping home sellers establish a realistic sale price for their homes to meet their wants, needs and reasonable expectations.
Buyer Representation: How to Get a Signed Buyer Agreement - (3) hours

Build Your Own Business Referrals the GMAC Way! - (3) hours
Strategic-Partners approved by GMAC Real Estate who are fully engaged in Premier Service may advertise and market GM Family Programs in local markets to dealerships, plants, and GM Suppliers in cooperation with GMAC Mortgage. This is an important opportunity for FSR-GMAC Associates to learn more about building relationship with the GMAC Family and to increase business opportunities in our local markets.
