First Service Story

Eduardo San Roman, President of First Service Realty - GMAC Real Estate, began his career in Real Estate at the age of 18. Shortly thereafter at the age of 22 founded First Service Realty, and soon was named the Multiple Listing Service's "Top Selling Agent" in Dade County.

At age 24, San Roman was named Miami 's Realtor of the Year and elected to the Board of Directors of the Miami Association of Realtors. Two years later at the age of 26, he became the youngest president of the 5000-member Association, a first in the organization's 70-year history.
